Getting Started

What is the music education app?

Our app is designed to enhance the music learning experience by integrating technology with traditional music education. It provides interactive lessons, real-time feedback, and progress tracking to support students and teachers.

How do I create an account?

1. Download the app from the [App Store/Google Play].

2. Open the app and click on "Sign Up".

3. Fill in your details and create a username and password.

4. Confirm your email address through the link sent to your inbox.

How do I log in?

1. Open the app.

2. Click on "Log In".

3. Enter your username and password.

4. Click "Submit".

Using the App

How do I access lessons?

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to the "Learn" tab.

3. Select one of the subjects-- Theory, Rhythm, or Listen.

4. Browse through the available chapters and select the one you want to learn.

5. Follow the prompts to complete the questions in the lesson.

How do I play songs?

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to the "Play" tab.

3. Select the song you want to play or upload a new song.

4. Click on "Start" to begin playing the selected song.​

Troubleshooting

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

1. Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password".

2. Enter your email address.

3. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

The app is not responding. What should I do?

1. Close the app and reopen it.

2. Check for any available updates for the app.

3. Restart your device.

4. If the issue continues, contact our support team.
